STAR E-Series Degassing and Fluxing Systems

Overview

Pyrotek's STAR E-series degassing and fluxing systems are robust, long-lasting rotary degassing and/or fluxing equipment used to degas, clean and purify molten metal baths in preparation for casting. These units may be well mounted, fixed or mobile (with the use of heavy-duty wheels). These units differ from both STAR and CALGAS products with unique standards and specifications designed for European customers.

STAR E-series systems are specifically designed for harsh molten metal operations. Pyrotek's specialized graphite treatment process strengthens graphite parts and enables them to be more resistant to oxidation in high-temperature environments. STAR E-series degassing and fluxing systems are custom engineered to meet the demands for customer facilities and requirements.
