Sow Mould Preheating Systems

Overview

Sow mould preheaters use gas burners with a rating up to 300,000 BTU per hour to heat moulds to operating temperatures for dry and safe casting. The burners rotate 90 degrees using a pneumatic cylinder to move the burners out of the way for easy loading and unloading of moulds. Burners may be used with a variety of gasses and can be ignited remotely. Flame safety accessories are available.
