Wareguides

Overview

In the container glass manufacturing process, wareguides are rails used for guiding containers from the deadplate to the machine conveyor to keep the containers in line as they travel to the transfer wheel, to the cross conveyor, then to the stacker bar. Once on the conveyor, wareguides are used again to keep the newly formed containers in a straight line to the transfer wheel then to the cross conveyor and stacker bar.

Pyrotek wareguides are made of non-checking material, have long life and can be custom designed.
