Overview

Bricks are used to assemble various refractory linings. They can be used in pots, crucibles, furnaces and other lining uses. The desired characteristics of bricks depends on the application but typically are related to resistance to warping and rupture, high thermal shock, resistance to chemical corrosion attack, and withstanding molten metal adhesion and slag erosion.
