MLR-1500

Overview

Pyrotek's MLR-1500 lead recovery system is a thermomechanical device that is able to separate free lead from industrial process wastes and top drosses, including “rich wet” drosses, ash, dust and high-low melting metal mixes. The recovered lead is both technically and commercially acceptable for reuse in the process, and any lead-oxide residues can be sold.

The MLR-1500 has a drum capacity of 1500 kilograms of lead skimmings and a specially designed lid to minimize the escape of lead dust. It has a low operational cost and is recognized by the European Commission's Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Directive. 

Pyrotek offers an auxillary ingot casting machine which includes a launder, headbox and stopper rod system.
