Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a member of the US management team, the USA Foundry Division Manager is responsible for overall leadership of Pyrotek’s USA Foundry Division including: meeting or exceeding expectations of external and internal customers, and sales growth, cost control and improving Division profitability. This position has the additional responsibility for supporting global sales growth for specific customers with plants located in multiple geographies and also being a major stakeholder in growing Pyrotek’s line of capital equipment; and will require cooperation and collaboration throughout multiple levels of Pyrotek, to include, but not limited to: Corporate, Plant Managers, Regional and Divisional managers.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Prepare, plan, control, monitor and the USA Foundry Division budgets and capital expenditure budgets. Increase revenues, enhance profits and maximize the utilization of company assets.
- Successfully direct, develop and execute sales plans and forecasts by customer and by product line. Manage the prioritization, profitable growth and satisfaction of assigned accounts and markets.
- Serve as a role model in support of a true focus across the entire Pyrotek organization in fulfilling external strategic customer expectations. Maintain a constant awareness of our reliance on external customers, strategic customer groups and on Pyrotek inter-plant customers.
- Provide strategic and forward-thinking input to General Management on trends in Foundry Industry to ensure Pyrotek is leading on product development and strategy to meet future customer needs.
- Cultivate successful and productive customer relationship at C Level positions to advanced Pyrotek’s sales strategies and product development.
- Regularly visit top strategic customers to support sales efforts, build customer rapport and to gain deep understanding of customer needs to support the training efforts of Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Product Managers.

Qualifications
Education/Experience Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in business, engineering, or other technical discipline plus 10 years of experience in senior leadership/management roles, or equivalent combination of education and life experiences preferably in a technical, process or manufacturing related industry.
US Passport and valid driver’s license required.

- Computer/Applications Skills. Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Power BI. Hands on working knowledge of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platforms.
- Analytical Skills. Ability to use information/data and various metrics to develop an informed and factual business case. Strong financial analytical capabilities for developing profitable product strategies. Ability to define problems, collect objective data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

- Technical Skills. Ability/knowledge to understand drawings and other specifications in review of customer quotes and purchase contracts. Ability to review, understand and critique commercial legal contracts and agreements.

Demonstrated passion for developing others.
- Travel. Ability to travel domestically 35% and internationally 5% to visit customer facilities, Pyrotek plants, tradeshows and meetings. Ability to maintain motor vehicle driving record in good standing, as defined by Pyrotek’s driving record requirements.
